Communication Data:Announcements, feed posts, wishes, reactions, acknowledgments, and social interactions you create within the App.
Skills & Competency Data:Self-assessments, manager evaluations, skill mappings, and development plan details.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

Device Information:Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
Usage Data:App features accessed, learning progress, time spent, interaction patterns, and crash reports.
Location Data:With your explicit permission, approximate or precise location data for attendance, geofencing, and training site verification features.

1.3 Information from Your Organization

Your employer or organization provides employee data to configure your access, including organizational structure, role assignments, training assignments, policy configurations, and package-based feature access.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

Provide, operate, and maintain all ARKBO People features across both operational and strategic people management modules
Deliver and track e-learning courses, training programs, online examinations, and certification workflows
Support competency mapping, skills assessment, succession planning, and people development initiatives
Process leave requests, attendance tracking, and employee self-service functions
Deliver notifications including learning reminders, birthday wishes, work anniversary celebrations, announcements, and onboarding messages
Enable organizational communication, social engagement features, and people analytics
Manage user authentication, authorization, role-based access control, and package-based feature gating
Improve app performance, user experience, and develop new features based on internal analysis (never for sale to third parties)
Generate aggregated, anonymized insights for organizational people analytics
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms of service
Provide customer support and respond to inquiries

3.1 Your Organization

Your employer or sponsoring organization has access to your employment-related data, learning records, and development information as part of the people management services they have subscribed to.
Organization administrators and authorized managers can manage roles, permissions, training assignments, and access levels.
Managers may view team competency data, leave records, and development progress relevant to their reporting structure.

3.2 Service Providers

Third-party vendors who assist in hosting, infrastructure, analytics, notification delivery, and content delivery, subject to confidentiality obligations.

3.3 Legal Requirements

When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
To protect the rights, privacy, safety, or property of ARKBO, our users, or the public.

3.4 Business Transfers

In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Learning records, certification data, and examination results are retained for the duration required by your organization's policies and applicable regulations.
Upon termination of the organizational subscription, data is retained for a limited period as required by law or contract, then securely deleted.
You may request data deletion through your organization's administrator or by contacting us directly.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
